Order Cancellation
- Cancellations must be requested immediately after placing the order
- Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled
Return & Replacement
- Return will be acceptable within 3 days.
- Report damaged or defective items within 3 days of delivery to dharmayugofficial@gmail.com
- Customers must provide photos or videos as proof of damage or defect
- Returns will be processed after verification by our team
- If the item does not meet your expectations, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. We will evaluate your concern and determine an appropriate resolution
- We do not provide replacement or exchange. We only take returns.
